About the deposit
Tabor Notary Services requires a small deposit to secure your appointment. Services priced between $25 and $50 require a $10 deposit, and services $50 and above require a $25 deposit. Deposits is applied to your final total once the notarization is completed. However, no‑show deposits are non‑refundable and must be paid to confirm your appointment.
Before your appointment
Before your appointment, please have a valid, unexpired photo ID. Make sure your documents are filled out completely, except for any signatures and dates that must be signed in front of the notary. If witnesses are required, please confirm in advance whether you will provide your own witnesses or need guidance on arranging them.
Remote Online notarization
For online notarizations, please have a stable internet connection and a device with audio and video capability. You must be able to clearly upload or provide your documents in an acceptable electronic PDF format. Upload each document and its pages in order. Make sure you’re in a quiet, well‑lit space and can access your email or the secure session link used to join the online notarization.
In‑person notarization
For in‑person notarizations, all signers must be present with a valid, unexpired photo ID. If witnesses are required, they must also attend unless arranged in advance. Please bring all pages of your document so the notary can review the complete document.
